At CadreScripts, we stand behind the quality of our transcription, translation, and captioning services and are committed to providing complete satisfaction to our clients. However, if for any reason, you are not satisfied with the services you received, we have a refund and return policy in place to address your concerns.
Refunds:
- If you are not satisfied with the quality of our services, we will work with you to make revisions to the work until you are satisfied. If the work still does not meet your satisfaction, we will issue a full refund within 14 days of the completion of the project.
- In case of a technical error on our part, we will issue a full refund.
Returns:
- We do not accept returns of services rendered.
Cancellation:
- If you wish to cancel your order, please inform us as soon as possible.
- Orders that have not begun to be processed are eligible for a full refund.
- Orders that have begun to be processed are subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the total cost of the order, depending on the stage of completion.
Please note that our refund and return policy applies only to services rendered and completed by CadreScripts. Any disputes arising out of or related to this policy will be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
