At CadreScripts, we stand behind the quality of our services. We are committed to professional excellence and client satisfaction. To ensure a fair and transparent relationship with our clients, we have established the following policy regarding revisions, refunds, and cancellations.
Revisions & Refunds
We strive to deliver accurate, high-quality results. If you believe the final deliverable contains errors or fails to meet the agreed-upon project specifications, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
The Revision Process: We provide up to two (2) rounds of revisions at no additional cost to correct any verifiable errors or omissions.
Refund Eligibility: If, after two rounds of revisions, the work still contains objective errors that we are unable to resolve, a partial or full refund may be issued at our discretion. All refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the project’s original completion date.
Exclusions: Refunds will not be granted for:
Subjective preferences or changes in project scope after work has commenced.
Quality issues resulting from poor-quality source material (e.g., distorted audio, heavy background noise, or illegible text).
Errors in the original source material provided by the client.
Returns
Due to the digital and custom nature of our services, we do not accept returns of rendered files. All quality concerns are handled exclusively through the revision and refund process outlined above.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately to halt production.
Unprocessed Orders: Orders cancelled before work has begun are eligible for a 100% refund.
In-Progress Orders: Orders cancelled after processing has started are subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the total order cost, depending on the stage of completion at the time of the request.
