Can you fix any recording?
Most problems can be dramatically improved. Some audio — heavy distortion or speech buried under louder sounds — has limits. Send a short clip first and we will tell you honestly what is possible.
What is the difference between Basic and Advanced?
Basic covers everyday noise, reverb and levelling. Advanced is for heavily damaged recordings that need detailed, hand-done repair across the whole file.
Will it sound processed?
No. Engineers listen as they work and stop before the voice starts to sound thin, warbly or robotic — the usual problem with one-click tools.
Which formats can I send and receive?
Send any common audio or video format. We return high-quality WAV or MP3, or the format you specify.
